Does James LaDuke and Associates do “small” jobs?
James LaDuke and Associates can provide you with Architectural Services as well as Project Estimates to help you budget for your project. James LaDuke has years of experience and can assist you with plans, material options and cost-saving ideas to take the guess work out of your project.
I’ve got an idea for a project, but I don’t know what the next step should be. Do I need to hire an architect?
Once we agree on the project details (Scope of Work and Pricing) and get a signed contract with a deposit, we must submit the project to the City Community Development Department for approval. Once the project is approved and a Building Permit is available, James LaDuke is ready to begin.
